Obviously, this is the end of the 1999 season, as Nationals was completed on the weekend of April 23-25th. Congratulations to Georgia for winning for the second year in a row! Also a big congrats to all of the individual event winners: Vault: Heidi Moneymaker, UCLA Bars: Angie Leonard, Utah Beam: Theresa Kulikowski, Utah Floor: Marny Oestrang, Bowling Green All Around: Theresa Kulikowski, Utah Next year should very very interesting, as Georgia and other top teams will be graduating a few seniors, and other teams such as Alabama are relatively young. Also, I would predict to watch out for teams on the boderline of qualifying to nationals (such as the University of Minnesota with one senior) that are very young. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
